bdtk1 Terms and Conditions

bdtk1 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for adult users in Bangladesh. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the user and bdtk1.

2.4 Account Security

Keeping the account password and login details confidential is the member's own responsibility. The member is responsible for all activity carried out from their account. If any suspicious activity is noticed, contact the support team immediately.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Accepted deposit methods on bdtk1 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing generally takes between 10 and 45 minutes.

3.3 Identity Verification

Before or during a withdrawal request, bdtk1 may ask for documents to verify identity. If the verification process is not completed, the withdrawal may be delayed. This is done for the protection of members.

3.4 Fraudulent Transactions

If a transaction is identified as suspicious, fraudulent, or intended to manipulate the system, bdtk1 may suspend or close the relevant account and hold the funds.

All bonus offers from bdtk1 are subject to specific terms. By accepting a bonus, the terms of the relevant offer automatically apply.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. This bonus is not cash — the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before it can be withdrawn. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200; to withdraw the bonus, ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered.

4.2 Other Promotional Offers

• bdtk1 Weekly Reload Gift: 30% of deposit, up to ৳8,000; wagering 18 times.
• bdtk1 Friday Special: 50% of deposit, up to ৳12,000; wagering 20 times.
• Slots Lovers Reward: 40% of deposit, up to ৳10,000; wagering 25 times.
• Birthday Special: up to ৳1,500 reward; wagering 10 times.
• Refer a Friend to bdtk1: up to ৳2,000 reward; wagering 12 times.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse or use of exploitative tactics is suspected, bdtk1 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and, if necessary, suspend the account.

5.1 Game Operation

All game and betting results are determined by the relevant game software or sports events. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, the correct result will be considered valid.

5.2 Bet Cancellation

bdtk1 reserves the right to cancel a bet if there is a clear pricing error, system malfunction, or evidence of unfair advantage. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded.

5.3 Live Betting

In live betting, bets placed after a market has closed are not accepted. If a bet is submitted after an internet disconnection or with a delay, its validity will be determined at bdtk1's discretion.

5.4 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits apply for each market and game. bdtk1 reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

bdtk1's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier.

• Bronze: up to 0.3% cashback on weekly net losses
• Silver: up to 0.6% cashback on weekly net losses
• Gold: up to 0.9% cashback on weekly net losses
• Platinum: up to 1.2% cashback on weekly net losses
• Diamond: up to 1.5% cashback on weekly net losses

Weekly cashback is calculated by subtracting total winnings from total losses for that week and applying the applicable rate to the net loss. Example: a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week receives ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback. Members can be promoted to a higher tier based on regular play.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdtk1 platform:

• Operating an account on behalf of a minor
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses
• Using software bots, automation tools, or any technical manipulation
• Using another member's account or funds
• Money laundering or activities related to illegal funds
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems
• Claiming bonuses or rewards in violation of membership terms

If any such activity is detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

10.2 Closure by the Member

Any member may request to close their own account voluntarily. Before the account is closed, all bonus-related obligations must be fulfilled and any remaining balance must be withdrawn.

• Losses caused by third-party software or device issues
• Account information being compromised due to the member's own negligence
• Unavoidable or unforeseen technical disruptions
• Changes to services resulting from changes in applicable law

bdtk1 does not guarantee continuous and uninterrupted availability of its platform. Services may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or upgrades.
